How can Hypnosis help me?

As we have mentioned in ‘What is hypnosis’ hypnosis is when your Right Brain becomes more dominant of your actions.  Essentially your instinctual and ‘without thinking’ actions.

Think of when you have tried to stop yourself doing something or when you have tried your hardest to do something.

Because you are thinking about doing it so much it becomes a much harder task as its at the forefront of your mind.

For example can you ride a bike or drive a car?  I bet you’d have to think quite hard about all the separate actions that you need to do to perform that action?  However you do it quite quickly and easily without thinking.

Or how about a simple walk to the shops.  Do you think about every step? Lifting and dropping your feet and shifting the balance of your body so that you don’t fall over.  Probably not.

This is how hypnosis can help you.

You wont have to think about the things you want to change because our methods will install these actions into your ‘without thinking’ actions.  Then its easy to do them or not to do them because you wont even think about it.
